the battle ahead. Our "live gas" pipeline lets you see how your equipment will perform
in real-world applications and gives your field technicians a chance to apply what they’ve learned
in the classroom to a live gas pipeline environment.
At GCI, you move beyond the theoretical into the practical world of natural
gas pipeline operations. Located on an acre of land in southwest Houston,
GCI includes a 2000-square-foot hands-on classroom with the latest learning
technology.

In
our unique live gas pipeline, natural gas flows from an 8-inch inlet to two
manifolds to handle both small and large-size equipment. The small
manifold is a 4-inch diameter pipeline segregated into six separate lines. The large manifold is an 8-inch pipeline segregated into 8 separate lines. Each line can be isolated.
